Mechelle Chojecki runs One Retreat and Boarding in Mayfield, New York. Under her amazing direction, Gracie Bella has been going to her day care for a couple of years and has become friendly with all dogs and people. I am so grateful for this.
One of Mechelle’s dogs, Fig, or Figgy as I called her became Gracie Bella’s buddy. Figgy fought upper respiratory problems and Gracie Bella’s Hope was more that happy to jump in and help out.

Recently I received the sad news from Mechelle that Figgy did not make it and fell asleep peacefully. We will always remember Figgy and Gracie Bella playing in the grass, chasing each other. We also will pray for Mechelle and her partner, Jill for their great loss.

We all miss Figgy but she will be forever in our hearts.
